Milebrook House was once the home of Sir Wilfred Thesiger the famous writer and explorer. Knighton - Tref-y-Clawdd - is the only town on Offa's Dyke. Glyndwr's Way begins at the clock tower in the centre of the town, it's no wonder Knighton is a mecca for walkers and ramblers. Milebrook is also the perfect place to stay for birdwatchers, a cycling holiday or for both the amateur and professional photographer with fantastic scenery and wildlife all around. For those who wish to arrive by train we can arrange transport to the hotel, just ask for details when you book. ![]() |
