Lunch and dinner is served in our award winning restaurant (and on the terrace in the summer months), the kitchen serves freshly prepared food using imagination and flair by chef Christopher Marsden and his team.
We pride ourselves in our locally sourced and seasonal menu. Many of our vegetables are grown in our kitchen garden, the rest are sourced locally. All our meat is local, from the Welsh lamb and Welsh Black Beef to the pork and organic chicken etc. and of course local cheeses. Seasonal game comes from the nearby Stanage estate.
